Even though there aren’t many yarn bombing crews in Toronto
(or more specifically, the ischool area) I still thought there should be
some way for people to identify who the heck is tagging what.
And since being sneaky is part of the yarn bombing fun, the concept
of QR codes was kind of appealing. You never know what you’re in for
whenever you see one of these pixelated things!
PLUS, this is the ischool we’re talking about.

Combining a folksy, domesticated hobby with new age
gadgetry sounds about right to me.

Now newbies can learn about the strange yarn piece
they saw themselves, as well as read about the
other projects floating around campus.
